You need to press insert plus h while Skype is open, for the JAWS hot
keys if you have the Doug Lee scripts installed.

Scripts that work for Skype 6.22 will work for Skype 7.
Do a JAWS key plus h for the jaws hot keys. The combo for the
contact list is control plus 1.
