Sorry I put part of my message in the subject line in my previous
message this is how it should read.
Hi all using Thunderbird 31.4.0
when I go to the tools menu and click on add-ons and then use the tab
key to get to check to see if your plug ins are up to date then press
the space bar
to check, internet explorer comes up with all the information but where
the plug ins should be listed all it says is checking with Mozilla for
the status
of your plug ins and below that it has loading data but nothing ever loads.
How can I fix this problem?
