Hello again, I am wondering if somebody could please help me solve a braille display problem. I got my BrailleSense U2 from HIMS connected via Bluetooth and set it up in my new JAWS 16 and braille was showing up on the display but after only a few seconds, the whole computer would seem to jam up. Nothing I did seemed to yield a result. I thought it was just JAWS but using my hotkey proved fruitless and nothing else I did to the laptop made any change. The only way I was able to rectify this was by shutting down the computer and starting it again. This does not happen normally with JAWS but it happens every time I try using the display. Am I doing something wrong or is it a JAWS issue? Thanks in advance. Best, Jesse Tregarthen
