Hello. No matter what I tried that was suggested here, I could not delete the 2 folders in question. Out of frustration, I called the Handicapped Help desk at MS. The fellow told me what to do and still nothing. Finally he did a tandem session. He took Outlook 2010 off line. I am not exactly sure what went on after that but he actually was back on-line when both folders were deleted with the delete key alone. He made it look so easy. So, if anybody needs to do this and absolutely cannot, MS Handicapped Desk can help. Thought someone would like to know.
