Reed, Not sure you'll find something like that. Problem is in getting tabular information defined in the PDF document well enough to be broken into the rows/columns in Excel.
You might do well to have the PDF file first saved as an MS-Word file. Then in MS Word, munch the data so that it's either a single columns of items and create a table, or make corrections in a table already generated. Then, you can import that MS Word table directly into Excel.
