well, i just tried i-tunes 12.1 with jaws 15 and i do not have any
trouble with that either. the ctrl+# 1 thru 9 work correctly and i
can move through the movies list which is the only type of files i
have so i can watch them using my apple-tv. o', i also have a few
ringtones as well and those show up o.k. as well.

So you are saying jaws 14 works with iTunes 12.1 and someone else
said jaws 16 works with iTunes 12.1 this does not make any sense
then why JAWS 15 would not work. Hopefully some others on the list
can chime in to figure out what's going on here
