I would like to have my own posts to this list show up in my inbox along
with the emails sent by others. I do not recall how to change that. Can
the moderator describe the steps on how to do that? I assume there is a
way.

Your messages are making it to the listjust fine,
it may be that the person with the answer hasn't read your message yet.
It is not uncommon for a message to go un-answered from time to time, and
someone may be looking for an answer
if they don't have it.
You can always re-post your question.
