I seldom use ITunes maybe once a month to backup my phone. Anyway out of curiosity I just updated to 12.1. Using the control keys plus 1-9 The all work for me. Something that I never noticed before that control 7 states that all apps are up to date. I am using a windows 7 32 bit machine if that makes the difference. ---
