Greg, I'm using windows 7.
I don't think I had this problem beefore I installed Chrome and an extension. I wonder if the prob has to do with that.

What operating system are you using? If it is Windows 8.1 hen it could
be do to the fact that in this version Windows does not use mirror
drivers anymore. This makes it more difficult for the JAWS cursor to
read anything.
