have you looked under tools/options on the advanced tab? arrow down through those items, usually it will give a tiny bit of info enough to know what something does. I'm wondering since it states it's, "inspect element" if it's something to do with security as for the authenticity of a web page maybe? The help section is another good source to find out what something is, I've sure used it several times. try entering on it see what happens, what's it gonna hurt? You can always alt f4 out of it
