This week, both laptops I use on a Federal job were finally upgraded to Microsoft 2013. I am having problems with them both but one of them will not acknowledge the alt key. Any suggestions on the problem? Ironically, my personal computer was upgraded this year as well with little problem. The circumstances were similar as the upgrade was from 2007 to 2013 in all three machines. The only difference is my personal computr has JAWS 15 and my work computers have JAWS 14.
