Try going to your internet search engine, and typing in "Server settings for
a * email account", where the * is replaced by the actual type of email
account that you have, i.e. gmail.com, outlook.com, yahoo.com. You should
get some results that tell you the server settings for that type of account.

1, open WLM;
2, alt+f,
O=options,
E=email accounts.
Now tab to add and press enter.
You land on email so tab next press enter.

Email address,

Manually configure server settings is checked, And go to next press enter.

Using the arrow keys,

Imap,

Now tab, log on user name, email address, Now tab, For Outgoing server
enter
smtp.gmail.com.

Now tab to finish enter.
If your wanting to setup a pop3 in windows live mail,
Go to accounts,
Enter on add,
Type in the pertinent information,
Now, tab and check the box, manually setup servers,
The incoming should be,
Pop.gmail.com
Outgoing server,
Smtp.gmail.com
Now remember,
You need to go to the advanced tab,
And check the boxes,
Outgoing should be set to, 465 or, 587,
Incoming will be 995, after you check the box.
