Hi Mike, Yes, Revo will uninstall OE6 in Windows7. OE6 can also be uninstalled from Programs & Features or from the OE6 folder in Program Files X86 but, from past experience it's best to use Revo. Also, what antivirus are you running on this computer? Also, what OE6 installer are you running? Are you running the installer as the Administrator? It must be installed using the Admininstrator option from the context menu. Once the installation is complete it's necessary for the computer to be restarted to complete the installation. Have you looked in Users / Name Folder / App data / Local / Identities to see if default folders are installing Here?
I ask about which antivirus because if you're running Vipre, Vipre has to be uninstalled before OE6 will install. Yes, I do mean uninstalled & not just turned off! &, if you're running Nod32, there is a settings change that needs to be made in the Nod32 menues. Take care.
