Well those secret questions are better than solving the puzzles in my
opinion, still can't get a PayPal account because of it.

FYI, all you had to do was say something like "male lion walking" as long
as you remembered what it was.
I finally got through that mess but I had to get help from Technical
Support.
I love the part where you have to choose a secret question. That part of it
wasn't bad. But the thing could have been better designed for the visually
impaired. One good thing though. It probably won't be easy for a hacker to
get through that jungle without being eaten by your tiger.
Take care Rose. Cheer up. Here's a quote from my great grandmother.
"If I wake up in the morning and there's still a roof over my head, that's a
good day.
If I can still breathe and smell the coffee, that's a good day.
If I can get up and go to the bathroom and not have to use a bedpan, that's
a good day.
If I'm still alive, that's a good day."

Oh, yes, Verizon, I think my picture was a tiger and describing it was a
hoot, eventually got my cousin to do that because I had no real clue. I am
not going to go pet one and decides that would not help with the
description. LOL. We laughed about it but just one more thing I seem to be
unable to do on top of a lot of things in my recent very recent past.

Makes me feel incompetent despite years and years of computer, online and
job experience.

Just not having any fun lately.

Verizon really should hear from its blind customers about their hard to
manage site altogether.
Trying to register a cell phone is no picnic, either.
