This while a workaround, is not a solution. I and Im sure many of us Jaws users do from time to time use the insert F10 command use instead the alt+tab command as our default keyboard command two switch out of screenns and applications. I don't ever recall getting that task switching not available error message, but I have gotten the other behavior with Jaws and not being able to access a window/program with alt+tab.
