[JAWS-Users] creating a rule

sorry I forgot to add that I am using thunderbird 31.4.0 and windows 8.1 
and Jaws 15
and I am trying to create a rule but everytime I try when I tab to okay 
it an alert comes up and it just has alert written on it and an okay 
button and a cancel button and when I press okay nothing happens it 
comes back again.
what am I doing wrong?
