Yes, go to the iTunes store, press control-F and tab to where there is a checkbox for the iTunes store and check it. Then press control-F again and type in what you are looking for, press Enter. You can navigate the results by H for heading until you locate the category you are looking for. After buying the item, press control-1 to select music, then tab through the checkboxes and check where you want to go next.
