Search for windows 8.1 themes, go through the results.
See if it is listed there.
this theme is working great so far, new diverse sounds for different
programs.

I just downloaded the Antarctic theme from Microsoft for windows 7.
this theme has many new sounds built in, like:
windows start up, log off, several sounds for windows live mail, and various
different sounds for other programs.
this theme works very well with the latest Jaws.
I like to experiment with new things.
I just thought I would let you all know about it.
