My answer made no sense, because of a typo. That 6 didn't belong there. I think it's 9/5 for C to F, 5/9 for the reverse. Most international broadcasters use Centigrade, or Celsius. Of course, Radio Australia, which is a combined domestic and international service, is probably the only one I know that gives regular weather forecasts.
