Honestly I'm kind of on the fence regarding this topic as to it being within
the guidelines. 

Never the less the fact is JAWS 16 has some issues with windows 10 because
it wasn't designed to work with that operating system. 

I'm thinking this should get a pin in it until such time as 10 becomes a
reality and not just a technical preview.
