Nobody is lifting you from the list, so don't be so defensive. The only thing we're trying to do is explain the proper terminology and that is quite all.
We were all at the point sometime in our collective past where all of this fancy wording was new and somewhat overwhelming. You cannot remove clients from within the program because there aren't any. Only separate accounts.
