Tom,

I believe I am right in saying that different browsers recognize links in different ways, so some links that IE picks up may not be the same in Chrome, and vice versa. It all depends on how the accessibility is set up when the web page is written. I notice this, for instance, on the Amazon web site using IE and Firefox. They just are not the same. I also have Bing set up as my home page in both browsers, and it is different in each one. I really do not think that you can make them look and read exactly the same.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] browser differences with jaws

i use 3 different browsers on my laptop, ie, chrome, and mozilla, and
when i open an internet site on chrome and ie, jaws reads out
adifferent number of available links on each browser, which keeps me
from logging in to this site. can anyone tell me if there's a way to
adjust jaws to recognize all the available links? all links open
normally with jaws not activated. jaws 12
