Did that... It said to contact fs...  I did... Got tired of trouble

just asked to reset the keys... Now I will attempt to activate it

Ok... I just activated it using the key lol... Everything works now...

This morning:
turned the laptop on, all was fine.  I get to work, 40 minute mode
kicks in, so I restart my system, still 40 minute mode, I turn off
jaws and restart jaws, still 40 minute mode, I turn off jaws 16 and
turn on jaws 15, no 40 minute mode.  What is going on here folks, and
why is jfw 16 being a hater? How do I resolve this.  I can't call fs
tech, because they do not have an 800 number, and I can't call here at
work.  thank you
