Yes use control shift E and then type the name of folder and hit tab twice
and up arrow to where it shares with your email address it will say it tab
once again and then hit space bar and folder is done and you can move emails
into it.

I  am trying to add a  folder in Outlook 2013 but nothing I  try makes sense
or produces an additional folder.I  want to add one that reads "Unread".
Can anyone help me?
