Hi Jim, Since I don't use Outlook 2010 this is a guess but if you try going to, Sort By, in your view menu or the context menu & Descending is checked, press enter on, Ascending, & the order will reverse. Or, vice versa. If I'm way off base someone will correct me. HTH Take care.
