Tamera, I have done this in Control Panel. Locate the mail link in Control panel and activate. In there are the options for email accounts and data files. Explore both to learn of the options, one of which is delete. Also, you cannot delete the default account, but you can change which account is the default account. Sorry for not providing step by step instructions but I am going from memory.
