Tom, when you get to the combo box,
press the space bar to activate it,
then press control+down arrow to open it.
use the arrow keys to make a selection,
and press control+up arrow to close it,
and escape to deactivate it.
if the selections don't speak while the combo box is active, try
insert+5 on the numpad, or insert+8 on the numpad, or insert+up arrow,
or insert+tab.
I don't know what else can be done to have it spoken. hth
