Hi All, Recently I've begun having a problem with my keyboard during remote access sessions. I am remoting into my work computer when suddenly (usually when the computer has locked due to inactivity) the keyboard stops functioning. When I press any key Jaws reports what that key does like up arrow, space, tab or enter, but does not perform the function. The only way to regain keyboard control is by rebooting the computer with a press of the on/off button.
I used to see this problem in earlier releases of jaws, but it disappeared and has stayed gone for quite a while. Is anyone else seeing this weirdness? Any idea what might be the cause?
