I am using JAWS 14 and 15 and trying to do a bill pay on the EverSource webpage. I can log in, set up the payment parameters but when I try to go to the final page to accept the terms and submit the payment, the continue button will not activate and it freezes everything up.
I have tried pressing the spacebar, the enter key and spacebar plus enter to activate the continue button and none of these work. There is no visible option with the JAWS curser to left click anything. I called EverSource and they said nothing is wrong with their webpage. Does anyone else use this for electric and is there a way around the problem I am having? Thank you.
