I don't think it is the issue of jaws. There is a toggle keys for turning on and off the wireless connectivity. As Bluetooth also comes in wireless features, so check this key on your function (f1 to f12). Key. In my hp, I press f12 to turn my wireless connectivity. thanks

I want to connect a pair of Bluetooth headphones. I cannot find anything in device manager that says Bluetooth. I called Asus and they said that my model should have Bluetooth built in and they helped me install some drivers. They were not helpful, because they had never heard of JAWS to do this. I finally got the drivers to install. It was Mediatek Bluetooth. When I try to find any settings that says Bluetooth, there is nothing. Do you think my laptop has no Bluetooth hardware built in? Is there any other way I can find out if the hardware is there? If I do not have the Bluetooth hardware, Is there an adapter to make computers Bluetooth capable? Are there any other wireless headphones that are not Bluetooth? My headphone jack has a bad short in it, and I need to listen a lot through headphones. I would greatly appreciate any feedback you have for me. Thank you so very much. Take care.
