I believe there is an error in what you say. When I spoke to Discover 508, they said they would have to install it on your employer's SharePoint server space at the Enterprise level and there it could be done so for any number of licenses including targeted to a specific individual. I recall it's not a product to be installed on individual workstation computers on your desk and if that is true, I think the cost is astronomical.
