That feature has been a lemon from day 1.  I haven't encountered anyone who 
does it successfully.  Fortunately for us all, it's easy to do the same things 
on a keyboard.

That happened to me using Centova Cast, that is why I stopped using it; I think 
it happens when the point you are dragging from and the one you are dragging to 
are not visible on the screen at the same time.

I followed the directions as given. But nothing happens. When I press the 
control + insert + numpad slash the first time I hear "drag item."
Then after I move focus to the target position and press the combination again 
I hear "dragging to." But nothing moves.

What am I missing?
