The title of your message says that Outlook has stopped working, but it seems that in yor message you say that JAWS has stopped working. Which is it?

My wife has vision and she looked at it but she can't get it to work but she is in no way a very computer savvy person. I did a system restore a couple of times but it did nothing. Is there anyway to repair outlook 2010 or does anyone have any suggestions as to what I might try? This is another computer and not the one I am on at present. Any help will be appreciated.
