Is this key combo going to allow my sighted husband to see where I am as I down arrow or tab on a web site if I need help with something? He always says he doesn't see where I am on the page.

I'm a bit late here. But, if you want the JAWS cursor to follow the PC
cursor, press ctrl+JAWSKey+NumpadMinus. Press this key combo twice
within a second, if you want to save the value across sessions.

Sorry, I can't find the email I saved with the instructions to have the
jaws
cursor track the pc cursor. I think I lost it in a recent HD crash. I did
send it to a friend when I got it, so there is still hope that he still has
it. I checked the Jaws settings with j14 and saw a few places where the
virtual cursor could be turned off and I do remember from the instructions
that I had that the default setting is that jaws does not follow the pc
cursor. I'd check the different settings, but I have no sighted assistance
to tell if any changes have been made. I do believe that someone at
freedom
Scientific should be able to tell you how to accomplish this, I know it is
possible. I'll keep trying to figure this out, but I have to call it a
night now, I seem to have lost my typing ability.

    Good luck,

        Scott

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Cursers with sighted users

Hello-

My wife and others who I work with tell me that when I am on a website
or in
an open email message I am reading things that they do not see. The
Jaws PC
curser, I thought, was supposed to be in the same location as the programs
curser. How can I get what I am reading with JAWS 14 and Windows 7 with IE
11 to coordinate with a sighted worker?

Thanks in advance.

Wayne
