Great.  You might want to go to the startup wizard and make sure that 
configuration comes up by default.

Thanks, this was it. I was playing with that setting the other day when it was 
being discussed on list and did not put back to the not following the PC cursor.

Check to make sure JAWS and PC cursors are not tethered; that's exactly the 
behavior you would see.
