Hello Gang: I have tried to help a friend set up an outlook (2010) e-mail account on Frontier. From the in box:
1. Did alt F. 2. Arrowed to options. 3. Tabbed to the add button. 4. Entered the name, e-mail address, and password. 5. Selected the next button. 6. Heard the message: "Configuring. Then, operation succeeded." 7. After that all I could hear was left back button or cancel button. I was dead in the water. Did I miss some steps? Any suggestions?
