Hi Steve, I can use my Jaws hotkey to start Jaws any other time accept after running AdwCleaner so, I'm wondering if I'm just not waiting long enough. Yesterday I waited at least 1 minute after pressing the spacebar on the okay button to try to start Jaws but, it was no go. I'll get my wife to look at the screen when running AdwCleaner to see what's happening the next time I run it. Thank you very much for your reply. Take care.
