Hi All,
I tried to run AdwCleaner again but, with someone sighted watching everything on the monitor. I only had 1 item to remove & I don't normally remove this item but, for testing purposes I went ahead & removed the Send Space Wizard. Well, the program started the removal process but, froze at 5% & stayed frozen right there for at least 30 minutes! Well, the person helping me accessed the desktop with the mouse but, couldn't start Jaws or make any icon on the desktop work. He also couldn't access the Task Manager or anything else so, we had to do a hard shutdown to get out of the program. Well, when restarting I got a window & had to click on, Start Windows Normally to get the computer to start. Also, after AdwCleaner starts none of my malware or antivirus programs are flagging it as a problem Any ideas as to why all of the sudden this program is giving such problems. This program has removed the Send Space Wizard in the past without any problems but, I just don't know what's gone wrong all of the sudden. Thank y'all for any suggestions you can throw my way.
