Thanks. I did that. Now, I am really fooling with JAWS Help. It is a great thing. I used the Windows Pause and found all kind of things including System Restore. Yall are such a wonderful help. Thanks for your patience with people like me.

Hi Carolyn,

Using the 101 /102 key desktop keyboardd the Pause key is the 3rd key from
the right of the F12 key.  Turn on Jaws keyboard help with the, Insert /
Jaws key + 1 on the number row keystroke, & press the keys to the right of
the F12 key & you should hear, Print Screen, Scroll Lock & Pause. Turn off
Jaws keyboard help with the same keystroke.

Hi J,

After pressing the Windows key and pause combination, try activating
the Jaws cursor. I just did this on my Windows 7 laptop and hit the
down arrow key several times. Doing so allowed Jaws to read my system
type along with other basic information about my computer. I hope this
helps.
