Matthew, this sounds like something I had a problem with yesterday after having some work done on my computer. I had to recertify jaws and this will call for a certification ID number. If you press insert key plus letter "J" and arrow down to help and right arrow and then arrow down to the whizzard setup it will be next one below it but I can't remember what it is called but you will recognize it. The big problem for me was finding the certification ID number. You might want to run this by others on the list as I am not a very good computer guy. Just trying to be a little helpful.
