To set JAWS for laptop:
1. Hit Insert J.
2. Go to Basics.
3. Enter.
4. Tab (maybe seven tab stops give or take) and you then Down Arrow to
Laptop, which I believe is the second choice, but JAWS will announce
Desktop, Laptop, etc.
5. Check Laptop and tab to OK.
6. Exit JAWS - Windows M.
Hope that helps.

Carolyn

You do not need a keypad. set your jaws to use laptop configuration. All
reading commands are available using typing keystrokes. You input numbers
from the number row instead of using the keypad. I am sorry that I can not
tell you how to set jaws to use laptop configuration. But I know that
someone on this list can.

Because the laptop is too small to include a keypad. You need to purchase
a
larger laptop so that you can have one with a keypad.

Hi, I have no keypad key on my laptop. Some of the commands require a
keypad. Why don't I have one?
