How do I get in the tools menu?

go to the tools menu and arrow down to delete browsing history
and on
the form make sure cookies is checked and any other item is
checked that
you want to delete and then tab down to delete and press enter
andthen
close the dialogue.
note you might have to press ult n to land on the close button.
