Would it not be easier to:
-- Make a new signature, and paste your preferred matter there;
-- And, when that's done, delete the old signature [signature 2] that you
don't want.

I have a signature I want to change. I get get to the signature area under
options but am not finding the place to edit the signature.
I'm simply going to select what's there, delete it and paste something else
in.
