Hi.
Hold down the alt and windows keys and press m as in menu.
SpeakDropbox's menu should appear.
Arrow up to something about SpeakDropbox version 13. press enter to
check for update, and do just that, whack the enter key on that. The
rest should be pretty much automatic. I had a computer earlier not
manage to close the currently running copy of SpeakDropbox fast enough,
so the installer errored and said I needed to close speakDropbox first.
But SpeakDropbox closes itself, just not quickly enough in all cases it
seems, so just hit the ok button like you did what it said, and all
should be fine.
