First, you can control whether or not to create them when you reply or 
forward a message.

But if you receive them, the only thing I found that works is to use the 
JAWS dictionary for WLM and assign the > sign to a silent character like a 
space. Then they won't read when using WLM.

Don't do this for the default dictionary, or you'll never hear the > sign in 
anything.

My friend is running, XP, jaws12, and WLM.

How can he get read of the greater signs in his forward emails? They only
come in emails he gets.
