since 16, there is not really a difference functionality wise, just you are 
legally supposed to have proffessional if you are running it on any computers 
that are used for business owned machines.

I have pro because my small company developing commercial audiogames, I code 
for those on my personal computers. 

If you have no legal obligation, you'd save money and be left out on no 
functionality.
