If any of you are using this interface, you may already be aware of this, but the new update is a big step backward. I was having reasonable success in recent weeks mastering our portal. Yesterday I upgraded, hoping for further improvement, and wow! The app is now as skittish as a long-tail cat in a room full of rockers; anything you do after the opening screen is a potential third rail. The real shame is in most other ways it's an exemplary performer, particularly on our IP phone system, but back to the drawing board.
