Use the touch cursor. It works even In Windows 7. Press Shift and the PC cursor command for either desktop or laptop. You can use left and right arrows to flick around the screen. Eventually you will get to the results. Use the enter key for the double-tap. If you want your PC cursor back, just press the PC cursor command twice quickly.
