I didn't know anything like that came with 7, except the proverbial regedit. I wouldn't touch that without training material. The problem I had with CCleaner was not knowing whither to check or uncheck.
I once trusted the Norton cleaner, until one day it went hog wild and caused me to have to do a reinstall.
