Hi, if it won't read when you just open it in Adobe reader. You can open it in Adobe reader and then press the insert and the or your Joskey in the if you have a laptop, and press oh for convenient OCR, then press D for document. It will take a few seconds, but that it should should read read without a problem. And that keystroke once again is insert space. Or your Joskey and space. If you've chosen chosen something other than the answer key to be your Joskey. I hope this helps. Dacia
